Winking · Froh  Architekten have successfully won the international competition for the urban redevelopment of Alter Wall 40. After a revision phase, the competition process has now been completed by the investor Art-Invest Real Estate and presented in its updated form. The site is located between Hamburg City Hall and Rödingsmarkt.
