Together with the project partners Hochtief and Procom Invest, Winking - Froh Architekten completed the Fischbeker Heidbrook Plateau residential project in Hamburg-Neugraben in June. The differentiated arrangement of eight terraced houses around two courtyards is based on an expert opinion from 2014. Bands of red brick and light-coloured concrete elements follow the lively arrangement of the balconies and take up the found materiality of Harburg and the Elbe march. The project comprises 164 publicly subsidized and privately financed rental apartments, two underground car parks, a day-care centre for children and a neighbourhood shop.
