Schule Forsmannstraße handed over
Denkmalgerechte Sanierung Schule Forsmannstrasse Winking Froh Architekten Hamburg

After two years of construction the elementary school on Forsmannstraße in Winterhude was handed over to the users at the end of the summer holiday. The reform school which was built by Albert Erbe 109 years ago has been refurbished considered its status as a listed monument by Winking · Froh  architects. The spaces reappear in their historic colour scheme and enable a contemporary education and after-school care club for 24 classes. The gymnasium is currently being refurbished in a second construction phase until spring of 2020.
