In June, two of the four construction plots on Kommodore-Johnsen-Boulevard in Bremen's Überseestadt were completed. For a total of 35 million euros, 87 freely financed and 67 publicly subsidized rental apartments were built for Gewoba. In addition, an underground car park and the Überseekontor, two office buildings with a total of 4,000 square metres of rental space, were built. The two building plots still under construction are expected to be occupied in summer 2021.
